He has a proven track record of driving operational efficiency, talent development, and business growth in rapidly changing environments.

As Chief People Officer at Western Union, Richard led global platform changes and cultural transformations that delivered substantial financial savings and accelerated digital business growth. He has also held senior Human Resources roles at American Express, Fullerton Financial Holdings (Temasek), and ACNielsen.

Richard holds dual citizenship (US/UK) and serves as an advisor to startups and academic boards. He has an extensive network of global and local experts.
